HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — April 20, 2006 — Avocent Corporation (NASDAQ: AVCT) will provide an on-line, real-time Web-cast and rebroadcast of its first quarter results conference call to be held on Thursday, April 27, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. Central.
