Advocat Moves into New Corporate Office

FRANKLIN, Tenn. – (September 6, 2005) - Advocat Inc. (NASDAQ OTC: AVCA) today announced that it has moved its corporate office to 1621 Galleria Boulevard in Brentwood, Tenn. 

William R. Council, III, Chief Executive Officer, said, “We decided to seek more flexible office space in the same general location as our previous office since our lease was set to expire this year. We believe our new office is better suited for our corporate office needs.”

Advocat Inc. provides long-term care services to nursing home patients and residents of assisted living facilities in nine states, primarily in the Southeast.
