BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (October 24, 2007) -- Advocat Inc. (NASDAQ: AVCA) today announced that it is scheduled to report financial results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2007, on Tuesday, November 6, 2007 after the market closes.

Advocat will hold a conference call at 9:00 a.m. CT, 10:00 a.m. ET, on Wednesday, November 7, 2007. The call will consist of remarks from management as well as a question and answer session.
